Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. - The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. - Returns or exchanges are only applicable to products purchased directly from E-online Shop.

2. Non-eligible Items:- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. - Made To Order products are only eligible for size exchanges or store credits. .

Return Process:- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email. - Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the return/exchange. - Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label, if applicable. - Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all original tags, and include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip. Exchanges are free of cost.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. - Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase in case of defect or damages and in the form of store credit for any other reason. - If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. - In cases where the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead. - Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
